We use high-spec commercial steam-cleaning equipment to ensure a thorough cleaning process, and enable much quicker defrost / cleaning.

We defrost, dry, then steam-clean all interior surfaces and compartments of the unit to ensure it is fully sanitised.

We also steam-clean the interior door panels and all rubber seals on the door / frame surround of the unit.



If required, we will also remove food, and store in our chiller containers whilst work is carried out, and replace afterwards.
